Hi, I’m Nina - mindful parenting coach, educator, and mum of two.

I’m trained in Mindful Parenting, Parent Effectiveness Training, and nervous system regulation, and I’ve worked with hundreds of parents to create more peaceful homes without yelling, shame, or guilt.
