Calm and Confident Kids School Holiday Program

Need a break over the school holidays?

Why not book your child into the Calm and Confident Kids Holiday Program.

Over three x 2 hour sessions, your child will

- Plan for the year ahead by setting smart goals for the year

- improve their confidence using mindfulness and story telling

- enjoy fun yoga and games, while meeting other kids

- learn invaluable tools to helm them calm down and regulate their emotions

Over three x 2 hour sessions, you will

- have some peace and quiet to do whatever you want
