If you’re feeling stuck in the middle of sibling arguments…

If you have more than one child,
you probably know how quickly things can escalate.
One minute they’re playing…
The next, someone is yelling, someone is crying, and you’re being called in to sort it out.
If your kids are constantly fighting, arguing, or competing with each other, you’re not alone.
Sibling conflict is one of the most common challenges parents face - and it can feel exhausting trying to manage it day after day.
You might find yourself:
-
constantly stepping in to referee
-
trying to figure out what’s “fair”
-
repeating the same things over and over again
-
losing your patience, then feeling guilty afterwards
It can feel exhausting.
And even when you try to handle it calmly… it doesn’t always seem to make a difference.
Imagine responding to sibling conflict without feeling like you have to fix everything.

This workshop is here to support you through that
The Siblings Without Rivalry™ Parent Workshop is a 6-week guided program based on the work of Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish.
It’s designed to help you understand what’s really going on beneath sibling conflict - and give you practical ways to respond that actually help, both in the moment and over time.
This isn’t about being a “perfect parent” or stopping every argument.
It’s about feeling more steady, more confident, and less alone in how you handle these moments.
This approach has helped many parents move out of the constant referee role and feel more confident supporting their children through conflict.
I’ll guide you through each session, helping you apply what you’re learning to your own family - in a way that feels realistic and manageable.

What we’ll explore together
Over the 6 weeks, we’ll work through the Siblings Without Rivalry™ framework.
We’ll gently build from understanding what’s underneath sibling conflict, through to what to do in the moment, and how to support your children to work things out long term.
1
Helping Siblings Deal With Their Feelings About Each Other
What happens when children’s feelings are ignored or denied.
Four specific methods for helping children express negative feelings without hurting each other.
2
Keeping Children Separate and Unequal
How siblings react when compared to each other.
Why “equal” doesn’t always feel fair.
Ways to respond to each child’s individual needs.
3
Siblings in Roles
Why children can get cast into roles like “the difficult one” or “the easy one.”
How these roles affect their relationship.
Ways to support each child to be seen more fully.
4
When the Kids Fight
What to do when fighting breaks out.
Common responses that can unintentionally make things harder.
Practical tools to help children move toward their own solutions.
5
Problem Solving
A step-by-step approach for helping children work through ongoing conflicts.
How to support without taking over.
6
A Final Review
Time to review and consolidate your skills.
Practice applying what you’ve learned to real-life situations.
This isn’t just a collection of ideas –
it’s a structured, step-by-step program that builds each week.
What this can look like in your home....
This work doesn’t mean your kids will never argue again.
But over time, it can start to look like:
-
feeling less overwhelmed when conflict happens
-
knowing what to say - instead of reacting in the moment
-
stepping out of the constant referee role
-
fewer escalations - and quicker recovery when things do go wrong
-
seeing more moments of cooperation and understanding
Because sibling conflict isn't just about what's happening today - it shapes how your children see themselves, and each other, over time.

What other parents say about learning with me
These reflections are from parents who have participated in my previous programs and workshops.
😊 Marnie Kehoe, Families Development Officer (City of Gosnells)
“We loved the interactive nature of the workshop… You created an atmosphere of calm conversation, and your presentation was very supportive while offering practical strategies for parents to implement.”
😊 Mel, mum of 5 and 6 year old
“Nina has a great ability to explain mindful concepts in a simple, actionable way.”
😊 Michelle, mum of 4 and 5 year old.
“I always get so much from her sessions. I’m a better mother and better person because of it.”
A little bit about me....

I’m a mum of three boys, and I know how quickly sibling conflict can take over a home.
I know what it feels like to be in the middle of it - trying to stay calm, trying to be fair, and not always liking how I responded.
This work has helped me approach those moments differently, and I’m really looking forward to supporting you as you explore what this can look like in your own family.
