Mindful Family Nature Walk August 2024

You are invited to join the Mindful Parenting Lifestyle Community on our regular and FREE Mindful Nature Walks, held in Perry Lakes Reserve, Floreat.

Meeting at 10.00am (with or without a coffee) we will then meander along the 2km loop before returning to the playground for a picnic lunch (BYO) and games.

​

This is a great opportunity to spend time with your family, and other likeminded families, enjoying the great outdoors!

​

Each child will be given a Nature Walk Checklist - so that they can explore the track, with eyes and ears, as they go.

​

Afterwards, there will be time to enjoy your picnic lunch and let the kids play on the playground, or even enjoy some old favourites (I'm thinking What's the Time Mr Wolf and Duck Duck Goose!)

The track is pram and toddler friendly, with seating along the way if needed.​
