Hi, I’m Nina!
Certified Mindful Parenting Coach, Head and Heart Mindfulness Instructor, and mum to three loud and fun little boys.
I can totally appreciate how tough parenting is - three years ago, I was a struggling mama who was feeling run down, exhausted and fed up with this 'mum life'.
I was sick of my kids not listening to me, sick of them fighting, and sick of the all the yelling coming out of my mouth.
I realised that something needed to change so I enrolled in a Mindful Parenting Course - and saw changes in both myself and my kids almost immediately.
When the chance came to become a certified Mindful Parenting Course Teacher (one of only a handful within Australia!) I jumped at the chance.
I have helped parents live a life that is easier, quieter and calmer.
